Our sous chef Matteo Prato, who grew up in Acqui Terme in Piedmont, shares his personal favourites and most beloved dishes from his home region \u2014 a tribute to authentic Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n
Throughout the evening, you will enjoy a menu of approximately six courses, carefully composed and paired with selected wines, all inspired by the flavours and traditions of Piedmont.<\/p>\n
You will be seated privately in our chambre s\u00e9par\u00e9e, where Bellora\u2019s own chef and waitress will take care of you throughout the evening, creating a personal and memorable dining experience.<\/p>\n
