First up is an atmospheric evening inspired by Piedmont.

Our sous chef Matteo Prato, who grew up in Acqui Terme in Piedmont, shares his personal favourites and most beloved dishes from his home region — a tribute to authentic Italian cuisine.

Throughout the evening, you will enjoy a menu of approximately six courses, carefully composed and paired with selected wines, all inspired by the flavours and traditions of Piedmont.

You will be seated privately in our chambre séparée, where Bellora’s own chef and waitress will take care of you throughout the evening, creating a personal and memorable dining experience.
